I wrapped the Balsam Hill garland around the railing on my fifty percent-open up/fifty percent-closed staircase. It was an ideal length! Now, I’ll admit this garland is fairly plain on its own. Which I really like.)  I then applied the floral wire to attach the base (Fraser fir) garland towards the mantel and developed factors up from there. I�
